Won a World Series ring with the Twins in 1987...Helped the Cardinals capture the National League pennant in 1985...Known as an outstanding defensive catcher, the 6'1"/205-pounder appeared in a total of 251 Major League games and compiled a career .205 batting average...Had five World Series at-bats with one RBI in two starts for the Cardinals vs. Kansas City in 1985. |
